Elspeth Finch MBE
Founder and CEO
Elspeth is a successful engineering entrepreneur and business leader. She has 19 years’ experience in engineering and tech, as the founder of two technology driven startups and as a senior leader within Atkins, a FTSE 250 engineering consultancy.
She is active in shaping the Government’s engineering policy with a focus on innovation, and EDI through her work at the RAEng where she chairs the Innovators’ Network, is a judge on the Launchpad competition for early stage entreprenuers and sits on its Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Co-founder and COO
Michael is a co-founder and COO of Indigo&. As COO, Michael holds responsibility for the quality and performance of the business. He brings over 15 years experience in procurement and operations spanning FTSE 250 companies, SMEs and the public sector.
Michael holds a PhD in physics from Cambridge University and an MBA from HEC Paris. A keen sportsman, he has enjoyed international success in sailing.
