The Procurement Act 2023 introduces a series of updates aimed at improving flexibility and transparency of public procurement. INNOVATION & THE PROCUREMENT ACT
A key change in the Procurement Act is the provision to use public procurement as a lever to drive innovation in the public sector & support the growth of SMEs.
Our CEO of IAND Elspeth Finch was on the board of the Innovation Expert Group and working with the Chair Dr Hayaatun Sillem CBE, led the response to the transforming public procurement green paper.
