Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced part-time Marketing Manager to work directly with the Head of Customer Success to help tell the story of IAND and increase our market awareness. We are in a phase of rapid growth and are looking for talent to join our amazing team to shape and accelerate our growth.

What we’re looking for
A marketing generalist to help accelerate our growth. Increasing market awareness to drive inbound sales, simplifying and standardising messaging and building stronger relationships with our users.
This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact working within a small, friendly team as part of a successful and ambitious business.

What you'll be doing
Taking ownership of our online presence including:

Evaluating and updating website content
-
Ensuring the potential of social media presence is being maximised.

Owning overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO.
Working with our Head of Customers to:
-
Design and run campaigns to support users in the adoption of our product, creating brand champions.

Design and run outbound lead generation campaigns.

Creation of webinars, blogs and articles for thought leadership and education.

Support in content creation for our IAND Academy support site.
Maintain marketing assets:

Design and produce collateral including case studies, newsletters, etc.

Maintain marketing & brand resources
Be a brand champion!

Champion and embed our Brand & design principles across IAND

Work with colleagues to deliver on our quarterly goals

Key skills​
-
Marketing generalist – with experience of working in a standalone role in an SME
-
Managing and executing digital campaigns
-
A proven track record of delivering marketing-driven sales growth
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Collaboration and teamwork
-
Honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm
-
A relevant degree and or experience in a similar position

Systems: Wix, Mailchimp, Adobe (including Indesign & Illustrator)
