Senior Developer / Development Lead
We are looking for an experienced developer to join our fast-growing startup. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced developer who would like to move their career forward into a leadership and management role.
IAND is an ambitious startup that is working with some of the UK’s largest companies to unlock growth by simplifying business intelligence on projects, partners and teams. We bring the best UX from the B2C world to enterprise customers to give them agility, remove risk and maximising impact from their partners.
Partnerships are key to delivering world class projects and they drive business growth. From the Shard to HS2, the best projects are delivered through hundreds of companies and thousands of people with different skills working together. But growth is held back by fragmented systems. We’re here to make this better.
Our clients are some of the biggest names in engineering and construction. We’re backed by world class VC investors, including those behind Shazam, Zoopla, and LoveFilm. Our team have redesigned Oxford Circus, built a big data partnership with EE, and led product at MOO.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with SaaS experience (ideally enterprise) to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team you will help shape the strategic direction of the company and oversee the ongoing development of our platform.
Diversity for us is not a buzzword. We believe that amazing things happen when the best people from different industries & backgrounds collide with a common focus: delivering a great product that our customers love. We are a diverse team. Everyone’s voice counts. This is core to how we run our business. We can’t wait to meet you and hear your views.
We're excited to offer you the opportunity to play a major role in shaping IAND in our next phase of growth. You will combine strong business acumen with solid technical skills.
