Senior Developer / Development Lead

What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with SaaS experience (ideally enterprise) to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team you will help shape the strategic direction of the company and oversee the ongoing development of our platform.

Provide leadership on our development processes
Work as part of the senior management team to develop the company strategy
Get hands-on to develop new features and maintain the current platform
Build and shape the technical team
Prioritise and schedule work to maximise the company growth
Ruby on Rails | React | Bootstrap

A desire to drive business growth through technical excellence
Mentoring skills: we can support your development of management and leadership skills but a strong passion and interest in developing people/ a team is a must
